Hell Pizza man ordered to pay the bank

Matthew Blomfield, best known for his involvement in the Hell Pizza restaurant franchise, has been ordered to pay $390,000 to ANZ National in a summary judgment.Before making the judgment Associate Judge Roger Bell had to be called down to the courtroom as he thought the two parties had settled the matter.However, a last-minute admission of claim signed by Mr Blomfield had been lodged on Friday.
