Henderson legacy property on the block
A central Christchurch commercial property being marketed by Colliers is one of bankrupt Dave Henderson’s legacies.
It was developed by a Property Ventures entity. The receivers of Property Ventures last week reported the loss of $90 million, with little significant recovery of money.
The 10 units in the central city development were sold to various interests and the sales registered during 2011, according to land sale records.
