Judge orders LM fund wind-up, slams 'combative and partisan' liquidators

An Australian judge has ordered the wind-up of a $A304 million frozen mortgage fund favoured by New Zealand investors.

Queensland Supreme Court Justice Jean Dalton also criticised the “combative and partisan” actions of troubled LM Investment Management’s liquidators – FTI Consulting’s Ginette Muller and John Park – and for what she said was preferring their commercial interests in the case to that of the fund.
