Massey University chancellor Chris Kelly is being lined up to play a key part in a roll up of New Zealand education providers culminating in a sizeable equity raising and NZX/ASX dual-listing.

Mr Kelly, a former long-serving chief executive of state-owned farmer Landcorp, has been tapped to join the board of Intueri Education Group, expected to be spun out of Arowana International – an ASX-listed company with a diversified portfolio of tertiary education providers.
