Holidays win 'unusual' - EMA

An Employment Court case that led to more holidays being granted for long service leave, three years after the issue was raised, was unusual.Employers and Manufacturers Association advisory services manager David Lowe told NBR that issues over the transition of minimum statutory leave – from three weeks to four – was resolved in most cases through negotiation.
