Ulterior motive suggested for rip-off claims

The battle of the bike dealers is heating up with Sheppard Industries accusing American rival Specialized of taking a copyright case to try and damage its business.Specialized is trying to get an injunction preventing Sheppard, which makes the Avanti brand, from making or selling two new mountain bike models Specialized claims are copies of one of its own designs.The two companies recently ended a deal that saw Sheppard distributing Specialized bikes in New Zealand, after Specialized decided to enter the Australasian market directly.
