Why the Home Owners Assn says don't buy apartments

While Aucklanders debate plans to build houses upward not outward, the Home Owners and Buyers Association is telling people not to buy apartments.

President John Gray told NZPI continued frustration with new apartment building laws has prompted the association to urge people not to buy them.

Mr Gray says his organisation has “grave concerns for all owners in complexes that fall under the Unit Titles Act”.
