Why self-service kiosks could work for Kiwibank
New Zealand Post-owned Kiwibank may get away with a plan to install self-service kiosks, thanks mostly to the average age of its customers.
In announcing Kiwibank’s half-year profit of $58 million yesterday, ceo Paul Brock hinted at the idea of installing the kiosks in New Zealand Post branches.
He wants to future-proof the company against dwindling post shop foot traffic and reduce lunch time queues for 800,000-plus customers.
