Accountant Jan Dawson is joining the board of Air New Zealand Ltd on April 1.
Ms Dawson is chairwoman and chief executive of KPMG New Zealand and is a regional board member of KPMG Asia Pacific, a board member of KPMG Australia and a councillor of KPMG International.
She is also chair of Yachting New Zealand and deputy chair of Counties Manukau District Health Board.
