This is a supplied media release.

JLL welcomes Hamish Stallworthy to its Christchurch office as Director of Sales and Leasing. Stallworthy will be responsible for the commercial property agency team, with a focus on growing the team’s presence in the Christchurch market and transacting commercial sales and leases.

Stallworthy has over 15 years’ experience in the commercial property industry, with particular expertise in developments, CBD sales, and CBD office and retail leasing.

He joins JLL from the Property Group, where he worked in acquisitions for nearly five years. He was responsible for acquiring designated commercial property and assessing commercial tenant claims for the Christchurch anchor projects under the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority.  He also acquired property for the Christchurch Southern Motorway and Northern Arterial under the Public Works Act.

Prior to the Property Group, Stallworthy worked in commercial sales and leasing for JLL, CBRE and Colliers. Between 2000 and 2012, he concluded more than 200 commercial property transactions in Wellington and Christchurch. He has also bought and sold property around New Zealand.

“Hamish is passionate about growing JLL’s Christchurch office and I look forward to seeing what he will achieve over the coming years,” JLL’s Managing Director Nick Hargreaves says.

Stallworthy holds an Agents Real Estate Licence under the Real Estate Agents Authority.
