Transport company Mainfreight has posted an interim net profit of $27.26 million for the nine months to December 31, down 7.6% on the previous year.
Sales revenue was down 15.2% to $842.27 million, and excluding foreign exchange adjustments, the decrease is 16.6%.
Ebitda improved during the third quarter, lifting the year-to-date performance to finish 4.2% down at $56.8 million.
