Mercedes-Benz has been awarded almost $250,000 by a High Court judge against a New Zealand businessman for falling behind in payments for three cars.

A decade ago, Desmond James Albert Conway was convicted in a Hong Kong court for possessing forged HSBC documents, which showed he had a $US500
