Thu, 31 Oct 2019

New Zealand’s oldest and largest trustee services organisation, Public Trust, welcomes Sarah Pepworth to the newly created executive role of general manager marketing and customer experience.

Pepworth is an experienced brand and marketing communications leader, with a history of working in fast-paced, competitive organisations.

This includes nearly seven years in the UK’s telco industry at BT Group and included the role of head of marketing for Plusnet – BT’s value growth brand.

The past two years have seen her as head of marketing for New Zealand Steel and instrumental in the relaunch of the COLORSTEEL® brand.

Pepworth said, “it’s a great time to be joining Public Trust as it rolls out and develops new initiatives that are transforming the business.”

It’s a sentiment shared by Public Trust  chief executive Glenys Talivai.

“Sarah’s broad experience in customer relationship management, insights, retention and events make her ideally placed to help Public Trust further develop its voice in the market, as well as our customers’ experience,” Talivai said.
