Gavin Lloyd has joined New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty.
Gavin Lloyd has joined New Zealand Sotheby's International Realty in a new role created for him as managing director of Auckland projects and developments.
Lloyd has 36 years’ experience in the property sector and his principal focus will be the sales and marketing of large-scale residential developments in central Auckland.
NZSIR GM Sales & Franchising Chris Jones says the role was created for Lloyd to manage the company’s increasing portfolio of multi-apartment projects in Auckland.
“Gavin has worked on some of the largest property development projects in Asia, Australia and New Zealand. He has a long-standing track record of winning business, bringing teams together and guiding them towards commercial success.”
Lloyd said he was excited to be joining the Auckland team.

As well as managing the sales and marketing of upscale residential developments including the contemporary Horizon Mission Bay and The International luxury apartments on Princes Street, NZSIR is working on various multi-unit residential projects still in the planning stages.
