Receivers say company has significant debts to creditor.

New Zealand Premium Whitebait, the country's only commercial whitebait farm, has been placed in receivership and put up for sale because of unpaid debts.
Gareth Hoole and Clive Bish, of accountancy firm Ecovis KGA, were appointed receivers on April 6.
