Amy Adams' $60m thumping for Spark

A senior staffer at one of our largest telecommunications companies has railed against National’s new policy to top up the $300 million Rural Broadband Initiative (RBI) with another $100 million if the party is re-elected. A further $50 million would be provided for extending mobile phone coverage in remote areas.

“Amy Adams is making a campaign promise using other people’s money," he told NBR ONLINE shortly after the RBI top-up was announced.
