Tracey Ryan
Tracey Ryan exudes The Building Intelligence Group's company values, showing a passion for leading and developing people. She is a major influencer across its teams, leading by example through her ownership of project outcomes and the way she elevates client and stakeholder relationships to the highest level.
Ms Ryan brings over 20 years’ experience to the team with a track record for delivering successful projects in New Zealand and the Pacific region. She has an enviable strength in design management, with the ability to ensure the group's clients’ visions are realised through a robust and creative design management process, making her particularly effective in retail, commercial and education projects in the Auckland market.
David Carpenter
David Carpenter will serve the group's Christchurch and South Island clients. Mr Carpenter has successfully led a number of high profile portfolios of work for councils, government, airport, corrections, commercial and retail clients, giving him a very strong awareness of challenges and opportunities in these sectors. Most recently he led the capital programme of works for Dunedin City Council.
Mr Carpenter’s career spans some 15 years’ experience, working in the UK, East Africa and New Zealand. More recently, he held a senior role at Beca for four years and brings extensive technical planning and programming knowledge to its team. The group anticipates Mr Carpenter will have a strong presence in the Christchurch office, adding to the depth of our project director base.
