A large sale was clinched last month in mid-Canterbury when a dairy farm changed hands for $17.1 million.
PGG Wrightson Real Estate and Bayleys had offered the 525ha Dorie farm in Corbetts Road, 23kms north east of Ashburton for sale by tender.
The farm had been acquired three years
