Business law specialist, Jamie Barr, was appointed a partner in North Shore law firm, Simpson Western, on 1 April.
Jamie has particular expertise in business structuring and shareholder arrangements, commercial contract advice, business acquisitions and disposals, finance and banking.
Before joining Simpson Western in 2013, Jamie was a commercial banker with New Zealand’s largest bank. Prior to that he gained significant experience working with a large corporate and a boutique commercial law firm.
