Argosy eyes more green development

UPDATED: The property trust eventually wants its portfolio to be 100% green.

Property fund Argosy chief executive Peter Mence plans to make half of his property portfolio eco-friendly or ‘green’ in the next five years. 

The listed company has 62 properties in its portfolio; already 10 are planned to be green within the next 12 months.
