Managing director Peter Harris throws in the towel.
Failed insurer CBL Corporation was placed in liquidation this morning by order of the High Court, after shareholder and managing director Peter Harris withdrew his opposition.
Administrators Brendon Gibson and Neale Jackson of KordaMentha were appointed liquidators.
