Ebos to buy Terry White Chemmart minorities for $A50m

The purchase will be another step in Ebos dominating Australian retail pharmacies.

Ebos plans to buy out the minority shareholders of the Terry White Chemmart Group pharmacy franchisor for $A50 million through a scheme of arrangement.

Ebos already owns just over 50% of Terry White – in October 2016 it sold its franchise business of 270 Chemmart stores to the Terry White
