Auckland Airport tackles biggest job in almost 50 years
The airport is gearing up to accommodate 40 million passengers and 260,000 flights by 2044.

The forever under-construction Auckland International Airport is undertaking its biggest airfield development project since the 1970s.
The project includes the construction of a new taxiway and extension of another, and six new remote stands for aircraft parking and servicing.
