Evergreen Life and manager fined $372,500 for doctoring mānuka honey

Auckland-based honey company Evergreen Life and operations manager Tak Yoon Jason Lee have been fined $372,000 for deliberately altering their mānuka honey with synthetic chemicals to sell it at a higher price.
