Feilding farm equipment manufacturer's first big break

An American deal gives Cross Slot access to half the world's market.

Feilding-based farm technology company Cross Slot IP has sold a distribution licence to have some of its equipment manufactured in North and South America.

The deal will see Wisconsin-based Appleton Marine manufacture the machines,  which use the company's no-tillage soil opener blades.
