Financial adviser’s licence cancelled

Serious Fraud Office investigation is continuing.

Dunedin-based Barry Kloogh’s licence to operate as a financial adviser has now been cancelled by the Financial Markets Authority (FMA). He did not oppose the cancellation.

The FMA acted on concerns regarding Kloogh’s compliance with his broker obligations under the Financial Advisers Act
