Electricity generation retailer Genesis has reduced its customer churn by almost 5% and upgraded its guidance for the financial year.

However, Ebitdaf for the six months to December 31 was $195.5 million, 2% below its previous half-year result.

Profit grew 75% to $49m, primarily due to fair
