NZX-listed property fund Investore has gone into a trading halt to raising $80 million to buy three large-format retail assets from its manager, Stride Property.
Bunnings Mt Roskill, Mt Wellington Shopping Centre and Bay Central Shopping Centre in Tauranga are selling for a combined $140.75m,
