A new Rotorua hotel development is aiming to fill a hole in the market for high-quality accommodation and an authentic tourism experience.
The group behind it, Rotomā No.1 Incorporation (Rotomā) wants the $80 million, 174 room hotel and adjoining commercial centre to be Māori-centric.
