Moa to buy $3.75m Italian restaurant

UPDATED: Sale is a highlight for well-known Auckland restaurateurs.

NZX-listed Moa Group has today unconditionally agreed to buy Auckland restaurant Non Solo Pizza for $3.75 million.

The craft brewer and hospitality group will fund the acquisition, which is expected to be settled on September 30, through $3.2m in cash and $550,000 in Moa shares.
