Moa confirms rights issue date for Savor fundraise

The craft brewer says it has made 'good progress' satisfying conditions for the purchase.

Craft brewer Moa has confirmed a rights issue to raise $2-3 million in its effort to buy Auckland-based hospitality venture Savor Group.

The rights issue will take place on March 18 at 38c per share at a 1 for 11 entitlement ratio closing on April 10. Moa shares are currently trading at 41c.
