Jolie Hodson and Former Telstra CFO appointed.
Spark New Zealand chief executive Jolie Hodson was appointed to the company’s board this morning.
The telco also appointed Warwick Bray to the board as an independent director.
Spark chair Justine Smyth said the board had been reviewing its composition and skills mix since Alison Gerry left in May.
Smyth said Bray had a rare mix of finance and strategy experience as well as “deep telecommunications experience.”
Bray has more than 40 years’ experience in the sector, most recently as Telstra’s chief financial officer.
Hudson was appointed to chief executive in the wake of Simon Moutter’s exit from the company in June.
The Spark board comprises Justine Smyth, Alison Barrass, Paul Berriman, Warwick Bray, Pip Greenwood, Jolie Hodson, Ido Leffler and Charles Sitch.
