NZ stays on top in World Bank 'Doing Business' survey

Some 128 countries implemented a record 315 regulatory reforms in the past year.

New Zealand has again topped the World Bank’s ranking of the best countries to start and run a business in 2018, ahead of Singapore, Denmark and Hong Kong.

The World Bank’s Doing Business report says the top ranking is despite this country not implementing any reforms in the past year.
