The New Zealand Shareholders Association has followed in ISS’s footsteps in releasing voting guidance that opposes the Vital Healthcare board recommendations.

NZSA puts its voting recommendations down to lack of democracy and poor governance by NorthWest management, which as a 24% unitholder
