Orion boss bats away questions on delisting

Orion Health founder and chief executive Ian McCrae is keeping his cards close to his chest on his desire to take the company private after a share buyback of up to $149 million.

“I probably need to take counsel on that,” he said.

“If people wish to stay in they can.”
