Former prime minister Sir John Key may have a conflict of interest on the ANZ boards, Reserve Bank governor Adrian Orr says.

In an interview with RNZ, Orr said Key’s dual position with ANZ could affect his ability to be independent should a crisis occur in one of the banks and require moving
