A magazine publisher has managed to side-step liquidation by settling her dues out of court a day before the hearing.
Phoenix Publishing’s sole director, Bronwyn Rawson, also known as Bronwyn Sommerville, came to NBR’s attention in December after failing to pay former employees the damages
