Synlait to buy Dairyworks for $112m

The move is part of the company's aim to sell more everyday dairy products.

UPDATED: Dairy processor Synlait Milk is to buy Christchurch-based dairy company Dairyworks for $112 million.

Dairyworks,  founded in 2001, sells Alpine, Dairyworks, and Rolling Meadow brands to supermarkets in New Zealand and Australia.
