Increased costs have triggered a profit downgrade at New Plymouth-based TIL Logistics Group.
In a statement to the NZX TIL said its net profit would be $6.8-7.1 million, not including a higher earn-out provision, down from its previous guidance of $7.8-8.8m provided in February.
