Tourism NZ pauses global marketing spend after Christchurch shootings

The agency is unclear on when it will restart the campaigns.

Tourism New Zealand confirms it has paused all foreign marketing as the government reviews its strategy on using social networks.

A spokeswoman says the interruption will last only two weeks, although chief executive Stephen England-Hall told NBR “it may be that it doesn’t all happen at once
