Shares in NZ Oil & Gas have closed down 10% after the company disclosed the progress of a shareholder ballot on its takeover by OG Oil & Gas.
The takeover offers 74c a share for the 30% OG does not already own and the stock has hovered around that price since the offer was increased in early
