Offshore interest in Salthouse Marine plans and designs

The receiver for Auckland company Salthouse Marine says he has already had interest from Australia into a “world class” product.John Price, of HPL Partners (formerly of Horton Price), said original plans, designs and other intellectual property were of interest, rather than the company as a whole.“The GSA (general security agreement) holder I was appointed by specifically purchased a large number of designs, plans, drawings, the intellectual property that relates to it and the name associated with it.
