Lehrmann loses defamation case as judge finds he raped colleague

While he has not been found criminally guilty, the civil judge found he had committed the rape 'on the balance of probabilities'.

In bringing the case, the Judge said Lehrmann had escaped the lion's den and "made the mistake of coming back for his hat".
