Rest to invest €200m into logistics climate impact fund

The Australian industry super fund is a €80m cornerstone investor and has earmarked another €120m to go into Fidelity International’s new real estate fund.

The A$80 billion ($87.5b) Retail Employees Superannuation Fund (Rest) is expanding its exposure to industrial property and impact investments through a cornerstone investment into Fidelity International’s Fidelity Real Estate Logistics Climate Impact Fund (the Logics fund).
