Air NZ annoys customers, non-rehired staff and travel agents

For a company that prides itself on its public relations, Air New Zealand had a doozy of a week.

First up, that wild weather, which meant hundreds of flights cancelled, and a huge backlog of grumpy passengers to shift around the country – not helped by peak school holiday travel.
