Droga5 has been signed by AA Tourism as its full service agency.

This comes after working with the organisation on various projects including the 101 campaign (which was originally developed by Ogilvy) over the past 12 months, Droga5 business partner Andrew Stone said.

The agency will focus on developing AA Tourism’s digital capability, he said.

The deal was not for any specified period of time, Mr Stone said, and the work would involve AA Tourism’s broader brand and how it was perceived.

Mr Stone said the agency had enjoyed working with AA Tourism, which was one of New Zealand’s most trusted brands.

AA Tourism was at a stage to accelerate its services to members and all New Zealanders, chief executive Peter Blackwell said.

"The 101 campaign gives us a great base to work with and we are very confident of huge future success."
