Listed commercial office property investor AMP NZ Office Trust has appointed as its new chief executive Goodman Property Trust fund manager Scott Pritchard.
He will take up the new position on September 6.
Goodman Property Trust manager Goodman (NZ) Ltd also announced that Murray Barclay would be returning to this country at the end of the year to take up a senior executive role in its operations.
Mr Barclay had held senior roles at Goodman for the past six years, including working across Goodman Group's major European logistics markets for the past three years.
