Anderson Lloyd is pleased to advise that Aaron Crampton and Rosie Hodgson have recently joined the firm.
Aaron works in our corporate commercial team advising on a range of commercial, corporate and property related matters. He has a well-developed commercial skill-set with expertise in banking and finance, securities law, business acquisitions and divestments, corporate structuring, company matters and commercial leases.
He has acted for a broad cross-section of national and international clients including lending institutes, receivers, SMEs and private clients and is experienced in assisting clients achieve their business objectives by providing practical solution focussed advice.
Before joining Anderson Lloyd, Aaron was an associate at a reputable Dunedin based firm where he dealt with a wide range of complex transactions. He also gained international experience working for 3 years as an in-house counsel for Partners Group based in Guernsey, Channel Islands advising on large cross-border private equity, debt and real estate investment deals.
Aaron graduated from the University of Otago in 2004 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology). He was admitted to the Bar in Dunedin in 2005.
Rosie joined our Resource Management team in Queenstown in September 2015 having spent the past 2 years as an in-house solicitor on the legal team at the Ministry for the Environment in Wellington.
Her focus has been on resource management law reform, including topics such as iwi rights and interests, planning processes, national regulations including national policy statements and national environmental standards.
