Mortgage Express announces the recent appointment of Andre Botha as mortgage adviser based in Auckland.
Mr Botha’s background is in the mortgage and finance industry with eight years’ New Zealand retail banking experience.
He joins Mortgage Express with a strong desire to work as part of the team, and looks forward to exchanging ideas on how best to improve outcomes for its clients.
“I believe in building strong relationships with my clients based on providing holistic advice, supported by excellent customer service,” says Mr Botha.
Chief executive Sarah Johnston says “Andre has a thorough knowledge and understanding of the New Zealand finance and mortgage market, especially when it comes to what lenders are looking for in an application.”
Originally from South Africa, Mr Botha is fluent in Afrikaans and English and can assist his clients with advice around both owner-occupied and residential investment lending.
“Before I make a recommendation on a course of action, I try to put myself in my clients’ shoes. I get a real thrill from sharing my knowledge with my clients and helping them realise their financial goals.”
Mr Botha will be based in Auckland and commenced his appointment on July 1.
