A bid by Anzco Foods, one of the country’s largest exporters, to claim about $1.3 million in tax deductions has been sent to the works by the High Court.
In March, Anzco challenged the Commissioner of Inland Revenue’s 2013 decision to disallow $430,991 of claimed deductions for each year from 2009
